How to use it
Acne-prone Skin - 3 capsules/day (1 morning and 2 evenings)
Skin prone to eczema, atopic skin - 1 capsule 3 times a day (before meals)
Sun exposure - preventive: 2 capsules/day (morning and evening before meals)
