How to use it
2 sachets a day (1 in the morning or at midday and 1 in the evening) = 250 mg of Pure curcumin.
Place the powder in a glass, add a sufficient volume of Water and mix well, whisking with a teaspoon. The sachets can also be diluted in compote or yoghurt. For long-term efficiency, follow up with our Kotor Articulations® product.
