Lenodiar Adult is indicated for the treatment of acute diarrhea and for worsening of chronic diarrhea . The product reduces diarrhea evacuation by respecting the functionality of the intestine.
Diarrhea is a phenomenon associated with a state of irritation and inflammation of the intestinal mucosa, due to causes of various origins. It is characterized by increased secretion and / or reduced fluid absorption associated with increased intestinal motility.
In addition to discomfort and pain, diarrhea can also create a risk of dehydration, loss of vitamins and minerals, and an imbalance of the intestinal bacterial flora.
INDICATIONS
Lenodiar Adult is indicated for the treatment of acute diarrhea of various origins (viral infection, influenza-like syndromes characterized by diarrhea, iatrogenic diarrhea due to medication, stress conditions, incorrect eating and living styles, traveler's diarrhea , eg hormonal changes during the menstrual cycle) and for the treatment of aggravations of chronic diarrhea (eg IBS - irritable bowel syndrome, functional diarrhea, inflammatory bowel diseases, etc.) in combination with the specific therapeutic treatment . The product is suitable for adults and children from 12 years old.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Lenodiar Adult works with Actitan-P , a plant-based molecular complex derived from Aboca research that reduces diarrhea evacuation and normalizes stool consistency by promoting rapid rebalancing of intestinal functions.
Actitan-P acts against inflammation of the intestinal mucosa , present in case of diarrhea, thanks to two mechanisms of action:
- protective action , obtained through the formation of a barrier film that limits contact with microorganisms and irritants;
- "Antioxidant" action that acts against irritation of the mucous membrane.
