Payment Methods

You can securely pay for your products using one of the following options:

Bank card

Bank cards such as Visa, Eurocard & Mastercard. (Payment must be made by the buyer when placing the order. At no point shall any amount paid be considered as a deposit or down payment.). For the security of your payments, we use the Be2bill credit card payment solution. At no time will your credit card number be disclosed to us. Communication is encrypted and secured by the SSL3 (Secure Socket Layer) Internet protocol that has become a worldwide standard and is supported by major web browsers.

PayPal

PayPal is one of the most reliable payment systems. PayPal carries out your transactions without giving out your credit card data. Using PayPal as a payment method to make a purchase entitles you to a refund by PayPal of the full amount of the transaction, including shipping if you do not receive your item. Amazon Pay & Amazon Pay Express Checkout

Amazon Pay is a digital payment service that allows you to make online purchases using your existing Amazon account. With Amazon Pay, there is no need to create a new account, and online payments are secured, quick and easy without having to enter your bank details. The payment through Amazon Pay Express Checkout is also available. This payment method uses the delivery/billing address and the payment method associated with your Amazon account. You are not required to create an Easypara account beforehand.

BankTransfer in EUROS (€)

Your order is only validated once we have received the transfer (around 72 hours after the order is placed). All transfer charges shall be borne by the customer and cannot be charged to Easypara. If, notwithstanding this, order costs are charged to Easypara, the order cannot be validated as long as the amounts charged have not been reimbursed to Easypara by the customer. Apple Pay

When using Apple Pay, the order is validated instantly after payment authentication via your device. Your payment information is secure and processed quickly, without the need to manually enter your bank details. This payment method offers a smooth and secure user experience, ideal for quick and contactless transactions.

BankTransfer

This payment method is only available for people whose billing address is located in Germany, Belgium or the Netherlands. Your order is only validated once we have received the transfer (around 72 hours after the order is placed). The information needed to make the transfer will be sent to you in an email during the payment process.

Adyen is a payment platform that allows you to use various payment methods such as Amazon Pay, PayPal, MB Way, Apple Pay, and bank cards. This system simplifies the management of your transactions by consolidating multiple payment methods into a single platform.

At Easypara, you can pay for your orders in 3 or 4 instalments with no interest, thanks to various solutions. You can choose to pay in instalments through PAYPAL, for purchases over €30, with a total of 3 interest-free payments. You can split the cost of your orders into 3 or 4 interest-free instalments using SCALAPAY with your Visa, Mastercard, or Amex card. This payment option is available to individuals over 18 years old and for the following destinations:

France

Available using carriers Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Colis Privé, and Chrono domicile. The SCALAPAY solution is available only for customers holding a card issued in France, including consumer standard bank cards and professional cards. However, it is not possible to use Bancomat or Maestro cards or make purchases using bank transfers, direct debits, or PayPal. For France, 4-installment payment, with no fees and up to €600, is also available for all orders over €99.

Belgium

Available using all carriers except CHRONO Relais. The SCALAPAY solution is available only for customers holding a card issued in Belgium, including consumer standard bank cards and professional cards. However, it is not possible to use Bancontact, Bancomat, or Maestro cards or make purchases using bank transfers, SEPA direct debits, or PayPal.

Germany

Available using all carriers except CHRONO Relais. The SCALAPAY solution is available only for customers holding a card issued in Germany, including consumer standard bank cards and professional cards. However, it is not possible to use Bancomat or Maestro cards or make purchases using bank transfers, SEPA direct debits, or PayPal.

Spain

The order must be placed from our Spanish website. Available using all carriers. The SCALAPAY solution is available only for customers holding a card issued in Spain, including consumer standard bank cards and professional cards. However, it is not possible to use Bancomat or Maestro cards or make purchases using bank transfers, SEPA direct debits, or PayPal. For Spain, 4-installment payment, with no fees and up to €600, is also available for all orders over €129.

Italy

The order must be placed from our Italian website. Available using all carriers. The SCALAPAY solution is available only for customers holding a card issued in Italy, including consumer standard bank cards and professional cards, including POSTEPAY. However, it is not possible to use Bancomat or Maestro cards or make purchases using bank transfers, SEPA direct debits, or PayPal. For Italy, 4-installment payment, with no fees and up to €600, is also available for all orders over €129.

How does Scalapay work?

Payments and installments

First installment: at the time of purchase. Second installment: 1 month after the purchase date. Third installment: 2 months after the purchase date. Fourth installment (for 4 installments options): 3 months after the purchase date. Please note that the card's expiration date must be at least 2 months after the date of your order. The cardholder's name must match the personal information provided.

Use interest-free installments

Select Payment in installments with SCALAPAY on the payment page. Click Place my order. You will be redirected to the SCALAPAY page. Follow the instructions to create your account, log in to your account if you have already created one, or simply validate your order with your mobile number. Add a payment method from which the installments will be deducted. Your order will be finalized in a few clicks! Please note that additional security checks may be requested in case of suspected fraud (this remains very rare). Rest assured, these checks are solely for security purposes to ensure that you are indeed the requester of this installment payment.

Refunds

Once the return is accepted by us, we will request a refund from our financial partner for the amount of the returned item. If your order contains only one item, the installments already paid will be refunded directly to the card used for payment, while the remaining installments will be canceled. If your order contains multiple items, your installments will be recalculated based on the remaining amount due.
