Granions® ALERPHYT is a dietary supplement combining quercetin, bromelain and N-acetylcysteine. Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and supports natural defences. The formula is rounded off with Nettle and Sand Immortelle extracts. Alerphyt should be taken during seasons of discomfort or 1 month or in the event of contact with cat hair, dust mites, etc.

How to use it
Crisis treatment: 3 capsules/day Prevention: 1 capsule/day, 1 to 3-month course. From the age of 5: 1 capsule a day (open the capsule and mix into yoghurt or fruit compote).
