How to use it
- The dilator should be rinsed before and after use. - When using the dilator for the first time, look at yourself in the mirror to ensure that it is inserted correctly. - The dilator is correctly positioned when the two wings spread the two nasal cavities apart and the clip connecting the two wings touches the nasal septum. - Each dilator can be used for a period of 3 months and must be renewed after that time.
