How to use it
Children aged 3 to 11: 1 drop, once a day Children aged 12+ old and adults: 5 drops, once a day
Shake before use. Remove excess liquid from the pipette on the neck of the bottle before administering the product. Can be either swallowed pure in a teaspoon, or mixed with cold food (bread, yoghurt, compote, etc.).

IU: International Units NRV: Nutritional Reference Values 5 drops of plant-based Vitamin D3 (recommended intake from 12 years old) provide you with: 50 µg of vitamin D3, equivalent to 2000 IU
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take in combination with other products providing vitamin D. Children under 6 years old, pregnant and breastfeeding women should seek the advice of a health professional before any supplementation.
