How to use it
Dietary supplement.
Reserved for adults.
- Take 1 tablet daily 1 h before going to bed, with a large glass of water.
Melatonin helps reduce sleep time.
This effect is obtained from the consumption of 1 mg before bedtime.

Ingredients : Bulking agent: cellulose - Eschscholtzia aerial part extract (Eschscholtzia californica Cham. ) - Extract of underground organ of Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) - Extract of aerial part of Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) - Anticaking agents: stearic acid, talc, magnesium stearate and cross-linked cellulose gum - Maltodextrin - Spirulina colouring concentrate - Rice starch - Melatonin - Vitamin B6.
Film coating: coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, stearic acid, cellulose, ethylcellulose, and carnauba wax.
