How to use it
Apply 1 to 2 sprays to the areas concerned (arms, legs, back, shoulders...) and massage in the oil. It is recommended to massage towards the heart to encourage venous return. Repeat if necessary. 1 to 2 applications per day for adults and Children Plus; 1 application per day between 6 and 12 years old.
