How to use it
Practical to take everywhere, in your bag, pocket or car.
Place the gum under the tongue and suck for a long time for a stronger bioenergetic effect.
For immediate relief: suck up to 4 to 5 pieces of gum a day.
For prevention: suck up to 3 to 4 pieces of gum a day as a 6-day course of treatment.
