How to use it
For the whole family, think about adding alcohol-free Propolis to your healthy drinks. Here's a suggested recipe: Pour ½ l of water into a large carafe and add the following ingredients:
10 drops of alcohol-free Propolis extract
1 teaspoon Cure® Pollen Honey (or honey)
juice of one lemon
1 glass of seasonal fruit juice (orange, grapefruit, kiwi, etc.).
