How to use it
Take 1 tablespoon every day in something moist: a glass of water or juice, stewed fruit, yoghurt, etc Pollen can be taken continuously in smaller doses to enrich your diet, or as a supplement over a period of 3 to 6 weeks, ideally between seasons.
0.3g to 1.5g / day : Helps support the Body's vitality and resistance, improves energy and tone when tired. 3g to 6g / day : Mental state and performance. Increases vigour and alertness. 0.56g to 0.84g/day: Helps to improve Immunity.
