Pain relief, reusable, use hot or cold as required. Can be stored in the freezer. Can be applied directly to the Skin.
Thermcool&hot gel pouch is used for : haematomas, sprains, trauma, hyperthermia and cases where cryotherapy is necessary. Lumbago, torticollis, rheumatism, hypothermia and cases where the application of heat is necessary.
FREEZING INSTRUCTIONS: Place the pouch in the freezer for at least 1h30/2h00. You can apply the pouch directly to the painful area or, as a precaution, on a cloth at first.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE WATER: Immerse the pouch in boiling water for a maximum of 5 minutes. Remove the bag from the water and dry it. You can apply the pouch directly to the painful area or, as a precaution, apply it to a cloth at first. Test the temperature of the pouch before applying it to your Skin.
MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: Place the pouch in the microwave oven at 650 W for a maximum of 1 minute. Remove the pouch from the microwave and shake it to distribute the heat evenly. You can apply the pouch directly to the painful area or, as a precaution, on a cloth at first.
