This synergy combines maca, a plant known for its beneficial effect on fertility
on fertility and minerals and Vitamins that have a positive impact on fertility. Zinc, selenium and vitamin C help to protect cells against oxidative stress, as does methylsulphonylmethane, which increases the production of glutathione, our body's most powerful antioxidant. Plus, it has been suggested that a vitamin D deficiency affects female fertility, in particular by creating oxidative stress. Vitamins B6, B9 and B12 are involved in the processes of methylation and cellular replication, in synergy with zinc.
