Nutrisanté Bioes Natural Defences herbal tea is ideal for coping calmly with Winter. The plants it contains help to limit winter discomforts (stuffy nose, temporary tiredness) and boost the body's natural defences. It combines :
thyme and pine bud to help soothe the upper respiratory tract
liquorice and peppermint to help stimulate the body's natural defences
rosehip , which helps combat temporary fatigue
cinnamon, with its antioxidant properties, helps protect the body from free radicals

How to use it
Place 1 sachet in a cup and pour over simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the herbs to release their full flavour, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. Contains liquorice. People with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption.
Tip: use spring water to preserve the full flavour of the infusion.
Store in a cool, dry place.
