How to use it
Place 1 sachet in a cup and pour simmering water onto it.
Let brew for 3 minutes to allow the plants to free their natural taste and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired strength.
2 to 3 cups a day. Tip: use spring water to preserve all the tea's taste.
