Valerian root is a natural calming that soothes sensitive nerves. It positively influences the faculty of coordination and mental equilibrium. It has a positive effect on sleep, especially in cases of nervous and intellectual tension.

Biover dyes are produced mainly from fresh plants from wild harvesting (in protected natural areas and unpolluted areas) or from controlled organic cultivation. Depending on humidity and species, Up to 750 g of fresh plants per liter of dye is used. The dyes therefore contain all the high-grade active ingredients.

How to use it
Adults and children from 12 years: 3 x 20 to 30 drops a day or 50 drops before bed in a little water or fruit juice.
