How to use it
Lie on your side with your head on the pillow or on your assistant's lap.
Your partner should fit the candle to the ear canal by turning and pressing it so that it seals properly. He or she should hold the candle upright. Let it burn down to the safety mark (red line). Remove it carefully and dip the remaining candle in the glass of water provided for this purpose. Repeat the application to the other ear with the second candle. As the ear is the centre of balance, it is always necessary to treat both ears. After the session, it is strongly advised to remain quiet and lie down for at least 10 minutes.
