Eucalyptus radiata and Ravintsara essential oils are traditionally used as antiviral, powerful anti-infectives, expectorants and immune system boosters. Scots Pine essential oil is traditionally used as a pulmonary antiseptic, antibacterial, antiviral, tonic and decongestant. Thyme linalol essential oil is traditionally used as an antibacterial, cough suppressant, expectorant and general tonic.

How to use it
Take 1 breath into each nostril 3 times a day, then 1/2 hour before a test (such as an exam).
