How to use it
Directions for use -1 to 2 sachets a day with the main meal: - 1 sachet before the meal, and - 1 other sachet after the meal if the symptoms are severe.
- Take with or without a glass of water.
- To take without water: - Pour the contents of the stick into your mouth - Allow the product to hydrate in the saliva for a few seconds - Swallow the saliva without crunching the micro-granules of activated Charcoal
