Directions for use : for foodstuffs : limited use. Keep out of reach of Children. Do not use on children under the age of 7, or on pregnant or Milk feeding women. Not for daily use. Use at 0.01% maximum (approximately 2 drops per 1kg of foodstuff). Store away from light and heat.

SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

This essential oil of Cinnamon is dermocaustic (it can cause burns to the skin and mucous membranes) and toxic to the liver. This essential oil should only be used by experienced users, as it is delicate to use and is therefore more suitable for use on a doctor's prescription. For oral use, one drop of essential oil should be added to half a teaspoon of vegetable oil. It is contraindicated in the presence of gastric disorders (burns, ulcers, gastro-oesophageal reflux). Treatment should not exceed 5 to 7 days. It is contraindicated in cases of hepatic insufficiency. It is allergenic (cinnamaldehyde). For use on the skin (never undiluted): this very powerful essential oil should be diluted in a vegetable oil to a maximum of 1 to 2% due to its dermocaustic properties. Atmospheric diffusion: Never use alone in a dry air diffuser. It is preferable to use a ready-to-use mixture. Dilute to 1% with other essential oils (Citrus, etc.) It is not suitable for dry inhalation or wet inhalation, or for use in the Bath.
