3M Coldhot Spray provides an instant cold pain relief and reduces inflammations. Applying heat or cold is a non-medicinal method of treating minor injuries and reducing swelling. Cold helps relieve pain in a number of ways: relaxes the nerve endings in the area of the injury, reducing the sensation of pain. Reduces swelling caused by blood flow to the area. Soothes the twinges so often felt when injured.

How to use it
Spray on the affected area at a distance of at least 25 cm and for at least 5 seconds. Be careful not to spray on open wounds, abrasions or mucous membranes.
