Discover Lansinoh soothing hot and/or cold pads for a maximum relief and comfort. Ergonomic, they perfectly fit the shape of a breast. Reusable, can be heated in the microwave (maximum time = 16 sec)
For a cold use, place in the freezer for at least two hours. Use the Thera°Pearl® 3 in 1 pads for a maximum period of 20 minutes. After each use, easily clean them with a mild soap, detergent or alcohol. Come in two soft washable covers for an added comfort. BPA and BPS-free Latex-free

How to use it
These breast pads elieve pain associated with mastitis and engorgement, ease the coming of milk.
Hot use: - on your skin: to encourage the rise of milk and facilitate its expression thanks to the dilation of the lactiferous channels before the feeding & to relieve engorgements and mastitis. - with a breast pump: to facilitate the rise of milk, maximise the flow and thus reduce the time of expression.
Cold use: to relieve pain and swelling that may be caused by engorgement
