How to use it
Tilt your head to one side to avoid the solution going down the throat (lay the child down). Gently insert the rounded end of the nozzle into the nostril. Give a short, sharp stream. Repeat this process in the other nostril, tilting the head to the other side. Lift the head to drain the mucus and wipe the nose with a tissue. Rinse the nozzle after each operation. Repeat this process 1 to 4 times a day if necessary.
