The déCramp tablets are dietary supplements designed to help soothe cramps (nocturnal cramps, pregnancy, the elderly, etc...). Designed to be used to prevent cramps and/or in case of a crisis.
The déCramp tablets are a micronutritional preparation of trace elements and aromatic Arnica Montana extract which helps reduce or even avoid involuntary muscle contractions.
Apart from its properties, it can also be used before, during and/or after physical exercise to help fight against muscle soreness.

How to use it
Let the tablet melt under your tongue, one by one, not with meals, in intervals of at least 1 hour.
To avoid muscle contractions: 3 to 4 tablets a day for 7 days minimum. 3 to 4 days before exercising or in a 7 day treatment.
To help soothe muscle contractions or muscular effort: 3 to 6 tablets a day, until you have obtained the desired effect.
