How to use it
Under 50 years old: Swallow the contents of 1 cap dose (15ml), in the mornings before eating. Over 50 years old: For the first week, swallow the contents of 3 cap doses (45ml) in the mornings before eating ("starter" effect) and after this first week take only 1 cap in the mornings before eating.
If necessary, it is possible to take one dose spread over three or more different times of the day, avoid contact with metal and glass.
Can be applied as a compress onto specific joints.
Special precautions: Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women or in children under 6 years old without medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This is a dietary supplement and does not substitute a balanced and varied diet.
