How to use it
Massaged the areas in question (thighs, legs, back, joints, etc...) at least 15 minutes before exercising. This gel can also be used as a warm-up gel, apply 2 hours before exercising to activate blood flow and better fight against muscle stress. Recommended to accelerate and enhance warm-ups for maximum endurance when undergoing intense physical exercise.
Do not swallow. Do not apply onto sensitive or irritated areas. In case of your eyes or mucus coming in contact with the spray, rinse immediately in abundant water. Wash your hands well after applying the lotion. Stop using if the warm feeling is too strong. Do not use in children.
