This complex essentially contains the minerals also found in fruit and vegetables. It contains citrate salts such as calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron and manganese, as well as silica, plants and inulin (chicory oligofructose).

How to use it
Dissolve 1 teaspoon 1-2 times a day in liquid (tea, fruit juice or vegetable juice etc.) Can also be mixed with food. Children take half the dose.

Acidifier: citric acid. Anti-binding agent: silica dioxide.
