Cartilage has no blood vessels, so it is not possible to feed the chondrocytes so that they can produce new cartilage. Chondrocytes are the only cells in cartilage.
A fluid called synovial fluid surrounds the cells and the cartilage. The function of this fluid is to supply nutrients to the cartilage and "fill in" the holes, but without being able to rebuild it.
ERGYSPORT CARTiL' contains glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM, which are components of cartilage. This dietary supplement also contains minerals, including manganese and copper, which contribute to the normal formation and maintenance of healthy connective tissue such as cartilage.
A French extract of horsetail is also added to this formula, helping to keep joints supple and remineralise the body. These properties are very important for sportspeople who put a lot of strain on their joints during physical activity.

How to use it
3 capsules a day with a meal.
In the case of maintenance treatment, we recommend a course of at least 3 months to see the first effects.
In the case of prevention, you can take several 1-month courses throughout the year.
