The micro-organisms used in the ERGYSPORT CONFORT formula are the same strains as those found naturally in L'Homme's intestinal flora, at the level of the mucosal barrier.
Bringing in micro-organisms is good, but we need to feed them better. In ERGYSPORT CONFORT we bring in probiotics, but we haven't forgotten the prebiotics to feed them. Fructo-oligosaccharide is a sugar that allows bacteria to take root and multiply, improving the action of probiotics on the digestive tract.

How to use it
Take 2 to 4 capsules a day. On receipt, store the product preferably at +4°C.
