Joints have a very complex structure. They are made up of subchondral bone, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, muscle and fluid (synovial fluid) which allows the joints to move and rotate properly.
Pains in the joints may be caused by this structure or by one of its component parts.
ERGYSPORT FLEX contains French plant extracts with a range of benefits for joints:
blackcurrant, which promotes joint comfort and helps reduce Pains,
harpagophytum andNettle, which help to keep joints and tendons supple and target the different causes of pain.
ERGYSPORT Flex is also a solution made from concentrated, deodorised seawater (without the taste of the sea, but with all its benefits), as well as a patented extract of lithothamnion, a seaweed known for its richness in Minerals. The manganese added to this blend has been scientifically selected as it helps to form connective tissue such as cartilage and maintain good bone structure.
ERGYSPORT FLEX contains all the ingredients to have a beneficial effect on your joints, such as your knees.

How to use it
1 to 2 capful(s) a day, diluted in 1 glass of Water (150 ml). To be taken once or several times a day. A slight cloudiness or deposit is normal. Shake well before use.

Ingredients : Aqueous solution of trace elements (filtered water, concentrated deodorised seawater, patented standardised extract of lithothamnion - Phymatolithon calcareum Pall, manganese and copper sulphates, zinc, iron and copper gluconates, chromium chloride, selenite and sodium molybdate), stabiliser: vegetable glycerine; extracts of blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum L.), Nettle (Urtica dioica L.), harpagophytum (Harpagophytum procumbens DC.), bamboo (Bambusa arundinacea Willd.), acidity regulator: potassium hydroxide; preservative: potassium sorbate; natural Lemon flavour with other natural flavours, acidifier: lactic acid.
