How to use it
Practical tip Don't hesitate to place a few drops of Eucalyptus radiata on a handkerchief to clear the nose; to do this, take deep breaths regularly to enjoy the full benefits of this superb essential oil.
Precautions: Eucalyptus radiata essential oil is remarkably well tolerated, however it is used.
- Internal use: 2 drops EO in honey, olive oil or on cane sugar, under the tongue, 3 times a day. - External use: 3 to 4 drops of EO + 3 drops of OIL three times a day, rubbed into the chest and back. - In daily use, during contagious epidemics, there's nothing more efficient than applying 4 to 6 drops of this Eucalyptus radiata to your chest and back or the soles of your feet, to protect you from the aggression of the virus and get you through without fear. Aromatherapy not only treats, it also prevents!
