How to use it
Easy to use. Melt 1 Filme on the tongue and swallow after dissolving in the mouth. No water required. Difficulty falling asleep: It is advisable to take it before bedtime. Occasional use. Repeat once if necessary. Time difference: it is advisable to take it 4 days after arrival (local time at destination). If you are travelling east, start taking it the day before departure at your local bedtime.
