Bach flowers are floral essences specially designed to harmonise negative moods. They were developed in the 1920s by Dr. Bach, an English surgeon who was interested in the link between disease and the psychological well-being of patients. Organic Bach Kosmeo flowers are available in the form of granules that retain the vibrations of flowers without the use of alcohol. The Kosmeo floral essences are prepared according to the original method of Dr. Bach, associated with chromotherapy. A granule = 2 drops of Bach flowers. The Bach Noyer flower (Walnut in English) is for ambitious characters but easily influenced. Walnut brings them consistency and protection from external influences.

How to use it
2 to 3 granules under the tongue 1 to twice a day.
