This complex is completed by vitamins B2, B5, B9, B12, C and E, as well as vitamin B6, which contributes to the normal synthesis of cysteine. The formula also contains iron and zinc to provide hair, skin and nails with essential nutrients. EXPERT Hair, Skin and Nails helps protect cells against oxidative stress thanks to vitamins C and E.

How to use it
Take 1 capsule a day with a large glass of water (200 ml), preferably in the morning.
