How to use it
If you have trouble falling asleep: take 1 tablet a day with a glass of water at bedtime. In the event of jet lag: take 1 tablet a day with a glass of water, at bedtime, from the first day of your trip and for the following days, until the effects of jet lag are no longer felt.
