How to use it
In case of falling asleep difficulties: Dissolve 1 tablet per day under the tongue, without adding water, at bedtime. In case of a jet lag: Dissolve 1 tablet per day under the tongue, without adding water, at bedtime. From the very first day of your travel and on, until the jet lag effect is gone.
