How to use it
Take 1 tablet a day, in the morning, with a large glass of Water (200 ml).
Compositions & ingredients

Ingredients: (mg per daily dose): bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), guarana seed extract (Paullinia cupana Kunth) (150), ginkgo leaf extract (Ginkgo biloba L.) (100), ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng CA. Meyer) (85.7), magnesium oxide, L-tyrosine, ginger rhizome extract (Zingiber officinale Roscoe) (20), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids), freeze-dried royal jelly (6.67 equivalent to 20 mg fresh royal jelly), coating agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium salts of fatty acids), vitamin B6.
