Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland: a gland located in our brain which is involved in regulating the sleep cycle.
Reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.
Reduce the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

How to use it
1 capsule a day in the evening before bedtime with a glass of Water. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime for an effect on falling asleep and by consuming 0.5 mg of melatonin just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days following arrival at your destination for the effect on jet lag. Maximum duration of use: 4 consecutive weeks.
