Bitter Orange or Bigarade provides an essential oil with a very pleasant scent, the simple inhalation of which brings calm, relaxation and harmony, hence its obvious interest for its atmospheric diffusion in places where stress management is not an empty word.
Hints & Tips: 1 drop of HECT Petit grain + 1 drop of HECT Rosemary verbenone in a small amount of day cream is wonderfully helpful for oily skin. The same application can be used for oily hair.
For a stress-free, anxiety-free start to the new school year:
Massage - on the inside of the wrists and breathe in: 2 drops of HECT Petit grain bigarade in a few drops of plant oil - 3 to 6 times a day. Bath - dilute in milk or honey: per bath: from 3 to 12 years: 6 drops of HECT Petit grain bigarade - for adults: 12 drops of HECT Petit grain bigarade.
