How to use it
Apply 2 to 3 pure drops as quickly as possible on the affected area, reapply every 15 minutes to make sure bruising does not appear. If it is already there, apply 3 to 4 times a day, always by softly massaging into skin.
Other skin problems: Apply 2 to 3 drops on damaged or infected skin, apply pure if the surface is small, diluted at 10%, which means in 20 to 30 drops of arnica vegetable oil if the surface is large.
Blood flow problems (phlebitis, varicose veins, Raynaud's disease...): Apply 2 drops of everlasting diluted to 20 drops of vegetable oil (if possible st John's wort or wheat germ) and massage into the affected areas.
