How to use it
When should I take my CBD Good Night oil? * Take 30 minutes before going to bed.
How much oil do I need for my weight? * To promote a good night's Sleep, take between 7 and 10 drops of oil a day at most. We recommend that you take no more than 10 drops of oil per evening, i.e. 50mg of CBD.
How do I take my CBD oil? * Simply place a few drops under your tongue and wait 1 minute before swallowing.
From what age can I consume CBD oil? * CBD oil is intended for adults and therefore forbidden to under 18s.
