How to use it
Start programme: 4 capsules daily, in two shots.
Maintenance schedule: 2 capsules daily.
It is advisable to take HYDROMEGA® during a meal.
For greater efficiency, it is recommended to use HYDROMEGA® for 2 months.
Renew if necessary.

- Saturated fatty acids 210/420 mg

- Vitamin E (alpha tocopherol) 4 mg (33% of RDA) / 8mg or 67% RDA *
- Vitamin A as beta-carotene 400μg (50% VNR *) / 800μg (100% VNR *)
