The male condom is for single use only: use a new condom each time you have sex or change partners. Reusing a condom considerably increases the risk of failure or infection. Use a new condom every time you have sexual intercourse or other acts between partners involving contact with the penis. If the male condom is sticky, brittle or obviously damaged, do not use it. If you use an additional lubricant, make sure you use an appropriate lubricant that is compatible with condoms. Avoid using lubricants made from mineral oil, Vaseline, baby oil, vegetable oil, cold cream, body creams, massage oils, butter, margarine.... They could damage the condom. If the condom leaks or breaks during use, seek medical assistance as quickly as possible, at least within 72 hours. Interrupt sexual activity if you feel the condom slipping or tightening too much on the penis, as this may lead to condom breakage.
