How to use it
Take 2 capsules in a single dose, in the morning at breakfast with a large glass of Water.

Fish oil: 1122 mg evening Omegas 3: 644 mg
Dried Nettle leaf extract: 60 mg
Dried turmeric root extract: 60 mg i.e. curcumin: 45 mg
Vitamin C: 24 mg (30% NRV)
Zinc: 10 mg (100% NRV)
Vitamins E: 12 mg (100% NRV)
Manganese: 0.7 mg (35% NRV)
Dried black pepper extract: 2.6 mg i.e. piperine: 2.47 mg
