Joints can become stiff as a result of damaged cartilage. Shark Cartilage naturally contains glucosamine, chondroitin and collagen, which are constituents of the joint matrix, where they ensure the elastic function of the cartilage. Shark cartilage also provides calcium and phosphorus.

How to use it
Take 4 capsules a day, preferably with a meal and a glass of Water.
