How to use it
1 mg (1 tablet) daily before bedtime. Orally.
The beneficial effects of melatonin are obtained by consuming 1 mg daily (1 tablet) before bedtime to reduce sleep latency and at least 0.5mg just before bedtime the first day of the trip and the few days from the day of arrival to mitigate hour shift.
