Diffuse in the air: nervousness, anxiety, stress, insomnia, hot flushes, flu, colds, sinusitis.
Inhalation: 2 drops in a bowl of boiling water.
Dry inhalation: to relieve anxiety, stress.
Internal use: 1 to 2 drops on a sugar cube or in a teaspoon of honey, to be left to melt in the mouth, 2 to 3 times a day:
Difficult digestion, digestive spasm, constipation
In the bath, at a rate of 20 drops diluted in a bath base: nervousness, insomnia, stress, muscular pains...
In the kitchen: Pastry and dishes in sauce: add one drop of essential oil per 500g (makes the dishes more digestible).
To make an aromatic and digestive oil: add 15 drops of marjoram essential oil to half a litre of olive oil.
