How to use it
Recommended from age 12. 1 tablet per day. To be swallowed with a glass of water, without chewing. To be taken over a period of one and a half months, to be repeated if necessary.

ngredients: Magnesium oxide, fillers: microcrystalline cellulose-cellulose gel, dicalcium phosphate, stabiliser: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, anti-caking agents : mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), colourings: yellow iron oxide, black iron oxide, indigotine and brilliant blue, anti-caking agent: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone.
Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance. This food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Pregnant and breastfeeding women: ask your doctor for advice. Store away from moisture, light and heat. Store at room temperature.
