Herbesan food supplement based on melatonin helps reduce the falling asleep time. Alleviates the effects of jet lag. 100 capsules per box, one capsule per day.
The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime for an effect on falling asleep and by consuming 0.5 mg of melatonin just before bedtime on the first day of travel and the few days following jet lag.

How to use it
Take one capsule per day in the evening before bedtime with a glass of water. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime for an effect on falling asleep and by consuming 0.5 mg of melatonin just before bedtime on the first day of travel and the few days following the day of arrival at the destination for an effect on jet lag. Maximum duration of use is 4 consecutive weeks.
